The Christmas Council Party's coming up, and first of all, apologies for not letting everyone know the date earlier. We needed to confirm the venue first. So...

THE POTLUCK 
Here's how the potluck will work. We'll do it based on comms, so let's say within CIA, there will be 5 people going. So, I'll bring enough mashed potatoes for 5 people, maybe a little bit more if others want some.
Excos! I need your help in organizing this. Could you arrange within your comm that everyone brings enough food? Otherwise we might have situations where your comm will survive the night on potato chips and coke.
For Exco-exco: You guys will potluck together
For CIA, FBU, CPU, IDEAS: .. I don't need to say anything, right.
For HAT: I know,3 people only right? So can all of you team up? Or maybe pair up. Like two houses team together and bring food for those 2 houses. House capts, please help coordinate!

THE GIFT EXCHANGE ♥
As for the gift exchange, please do bring a small gift (wrapped up or in a little bag) and we'll put it at a corner. When the time comes, everyone'll just pick a gift from that corner.

6.30 pm- Meet!
6.45 pm- Potluck dinner
7.30 pm- Games
8.00 pm- Gift Exchange
8.30 pm- end
For the games, they'll be very simple (charades, 3-legged race etc)

Just a few more things..
For those of you who can't come (which unfortunately includes myself!
) there will be a small gift given to you when school reopens.
This doesn't mean you don't come for the party, hokay! The gift will be small, because we don't have a lot of money to work with. In fact we DON'T have money to work with. I warn you first. It'll have our sincere Christmas wishes in it, though!
